Crispy Banana Wafers Recipe - Latest 2025 homemade Banana Wafers within Just Minutes!


Ingredients:

Raw Bananas – 6 (500 gms)

Chaat Masala – 1 tsp

Oil – For frying


Instructions to Make Banana Chips:

1. Take 6 raw bananas, peel and cut them one by one as you gradually make chips. Meanwhile, put oil to heat for frying.

2. Lift a banana, remove the green skin from it. Take a chips cutter and place a plate below it. Cut chips in long strips.

3. Put one strip in oil and check if sufficiently hot. Medium-high hot oil is needed to fry the banana chips. Put strips one by one to fry. Flip and fry banana chips on high flame until golden brown.

4. Meanwhile, peel and cut the next banana likewise. The chips in wok is brown and crispy. Hold the ladle on the edge of the wok, so that extra oil drains back to the wok. Keep the chips in a plate. Fry all chips likewise.

Serving:
5. Crispy chips are fried and ready. It takes 3 minutes to fry banana chips once. Sprinkle a little chaat masala over it and relish as a yummy snack.
